Carelinx – Healthcare Appointment Booking Platform
Carelinx is a healthcare platform that enables patients to book clinic appointments tailored to their specific needs. The system connects users with healthcare providers, allowing them to choose clinics, doctors, and available time slots while ensuring a seamless scheduling experience.

I designed the patient-facing flows and back-office dashboard, focusing on accessibility, trust, and ease of use. My design process included user journey mapping, competitive research in telehealth platforms, and usability testing with scheduling scenarios.

Key Focus Areas:

• Appointment Booking Flow – simple, step-by-step journey for selecting clinic, doctor, and time slot.
