RehashCloud is a SaaS product that simplifies email management by using AI to generate contextual responses within ongoing email threads. The platform is designed for professionals and businesses who deal with high email volumes and need faster, smarter, and more consistent communication.
As the UI/UX designer, my role was to create a dashboard and email interaction flow that feels both familiar and intelligent, reducing cognitive load while enhancing productivity. I conducted user research with professionals, competitive analysis of email tools, and iterative usability testing to ensure the design aligned with real-world needs.
